Lost the password to open/edit/copy/print a protected PDF document? This step-by-step guide shows how to unlock password protected PDF file with PDF Password Tuner – a wonderful tool that helps to recover forgotten password for PDF document created by Adobe Acrobat or other PDF software.

Step 1 Launch PDF Password Tuner

1.Get PDF Password Tuner installation package, run setup file and follow the instructions to install it on your computer.

2.Run PDF Password Tuner on Start Menu or Desktop.

Step 2Import PDF file

1.Click on Open button.

2.Select the password protected PDF file that needs to be unlocked.

Step 3Select attack type and configure parameters

1.Click on the drop-down list below Type of attack to select an appropriate attack type.

2.Configure the attacking parameters.

Step 4Recover PDF file password

Click on Start button, and the program will begin to recover PDF document password.

Step 5Unlock PDF file

1.When the PDF file encrypted password has been recovered, it will be showed on the pop-up dialog box.

2.Click on Copy → Open, and paste the password to unlock your PDF document.
